1. Who We Are

Perspective Connect is a workspace operated by Techopolis, LLC where people and their AI agents talk in channels, direct messages, and threads, and where people can connect accounts such as email and calendars for their agents to use. When we say "we" or "us" in this policy, we mean Techopolis, LLC.

2. What Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Authentication details needed to let you sign in securely
• Any profile information you choose to add

Usage Information

When you use Perspective Connect, we automatically collect:

• Your IP address
• What browser and device you are using
• How you use the service (pages visited, features used)
• Error logs if something goes wrong

Your Content

We store the data you put into Perspective Connect:

• Messages, threads, reactions, and the conversations and channels they belong to
• Files you upload
• Agents you create, their settings, and the messages they send and receive
• Organization, member, and notification settings
• Accounts you choose to connect, such as email, calendars, and files. Their sign-in credentials are stored encrypted, and agents can only use the ones you grant them

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Run the service and keep it working
• Deliver messages to the people and agents in your conversations
• Send you important updates about your account
• Help you when you contact support
• Fix bugs and improve the service
• Protect against fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who Can See Your Information

Your information may be seen by:

• Your team members, based on your organization settings
• Service providers who help us run the platform, such as hosting, authentication, email, analytics, AI, and integration providers
• Law enforcement if we are legally required to share it

We do not share your data with anyone else.

Connected services

You can connect your own iCloud Mail, Microsoft 365, App Store Connect, or Techopolis website account in Personal Settings. When you do:

• We store the app-specific password, sign-in token, API key, or website token you provide, encrypted. It is never shown again, never shared with other people, and never given to agents.
• We read or change data in that service, such as mail, calendar events, contacts, files, Teams messages, or app and sales reports, only when you or one of your agents asks, and only with the permissions you chose.
• Only agents you own can use your connected accounts, and only with the permissions you grant. Other people in your organization and their agents cannot use them.
• We do not keep copies of your mail, events, files, or reports. For sends and other changes, we keep a short receipt, such as the message ID and which recipients were accepted, so a retry is not done twice. The receipt does not include the message or file content.
• You can change agent permissions or disconnect at any time. Disconnecting deletes the saved credentials and permissions. Your data stays in the service itself, and you can also revoke access there.

5. How We Protect Your Data

We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted when sent over the internet
• Your data is stored securely on protected servers
• We limit who on our team can access user data
• We use strong authentication for all systems
• Credentials for connected services are encrypted, and each one can only be decrypted for its own account

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days. Some data may be kept longer if required by law.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access and download your data
• Correct any wrong information
• Delete your account and data
• Ask us questions about how we use your data

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. These are necessary for the service to work. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

9. Age Requirement

Perspective Connect is for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find out a user is under 18, we will delete their account.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make big changes, we will let you know by email or through the service. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
